Ms.Willis

One day a lady came from Queen's University. Her name was Ms.Willis. She was very pretty she had long brown hair and a big bright smile that people can see from miles away. She was very kind and helped me when I was stuck on very hard work. She liked owls. My favourite owl is the Saw-Whet owl. She helped with the feast, she handed out chicken, cookies and apple juice. We did a lot of work on owls we wrote a story of if we were an owl.

Our Great Feast!

On December 15th we had a big feast in our class. We got to use the gym for it and everybody got to bring in some food to eat. It couldn't be rapped in plastic because then it wouldn't be like it was in Medieval times. We got to wear costumes that was fun. We had to really play a role of a medieval character but we didn't get to pick. We had to draw it from a hat. I was a page so I had to serve people. I am training to be a squire when I am 14. When I turn 20 or 21 I will become a knight. A serf works for the king and queen and doesn't get paid. The bailiff is like a police in medieval times. He took the people and brought them to prison and he made sure there was no crimes going on. After we were done eating we got to joust. We used foam swords and we were on a bench and who ever fell off went to the back of the line and the winner played the next peerson. It was lots of fun I hope we can do it again.
