The Symphony Trip

At the symphony, my favourite song was "In the Village". I liked "In the Village" because there was a lot of sound and it was loud. My favourite instrument was the double bass. An instrument I would like to play would be the double bass because it looks like a lot of fun. It would be fun because you can pluck strings and move the bow back and forth. I would like to go back to the symphony in a heart beat!

Symphony

On Wednesday February 16th Mrs. Dressel's grade 4 class and Ms. Jordan's grade 3/4 class went to watch the symphony play at the grand Theatre. When we got in we saw Mrs Thompson, our old vice principal. Then we got in the room where the stage was and the conductor introduced us to the whole symphony in order of the groups. All the different groups had different colours of shirts. After the conductor introduced the symphony they started to play the instruments. After they were finshed they let us ask questions. Then we went back to school.
